- A = the symbolize of the handle of the sword which is the living room.
- B = the symbolize of the top scabbard that cover the sword which are the 2nd living room and the eating area.
- C = the middle part of the scabbard is where the balai rong seri area that have a Sultan's singgahsana that facing north.
- D = the end of the scabbard which is the serambi area.
- The builder take the idea from "bunga labu" and "bunga kangkung" for the carving of the whole palace.

Different "anyaman" will give different pattern looks of wall (interior).

- This fence have 2 layers and the outside layer was paint in black,yellow and white colours.
This is the other layer of the fence from inside view.
- "In 1930's they use wood for the carving but in the current time, they use metal because the maintenance for this palace is very high", Encik Roslan-Pegawai Istana.

- In 1930's, Sultan Iskandar Shah use this area as a open office.So, people can meet Sultan to complain their problem and sometime Sultan also do the meeting in this area.
- "That time, they use cement for the floor but now they change to marble. So, it will look better than before", Encik Roslan-Pegawai Istana.
That open office area is covered by bamboo curtain.
- In 1930's, this palace have been surrounding by 7 "Rumah Tepas" that live by "Pembesar Negeri".
- Then, the area of that palace also have a lot of ru trees.
- "The colours of this palace which are yellow, black and white is the orginal colours for this palace since it have been built", Encik Roslan-Pegawai Istana.
